What if a customer's phone doesn't support NFC?

Two options. In your dashboard open QR Code and press Generate QR — because your stamp is registered, this makes a one-time code: it works for one stamp and expires 10 minutes after you generate it if unused. Or use Customer → Manual Stamp: type their phone number and add the stamp yourself.
