I lost my stamp, or it stopped working.

In your dashboard open Menu and press Report lost / damaged tag. Confirm "Stamping stops immediately. Continue?" and the old stamp stops working at once, so nobody else can use it.

A replacement stamp is ordered for you automatically — no need to ask. Replacements are CA$15, which we charge separately. You get an email confirming it, and while you wait you run on the 24-hour QR code (Generate QR). When the new stamp arrives, register it the same way as the first one.
