I lost my stamp, or it stopped working.

In your dashboard press Report lost / damaged. The old stamp stops working immediately, so nobody else can use it.
Then ask us for a replacement (CA$15) through Ask us. While you wait, run on the 24-hour QR code. When the new stamp arrives, register it the same way as the first one.
